1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between vlp33 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual ("User", "you") who uses its website or mobile services. By registering an account on vlp33, logging in, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to all of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and are formulated in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and use services on vlp33. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on vlp33, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must register using your own accurate and genuine information.
Each individual may open only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You may not open an account in another person's name or identity.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be true, accurate, and kept up to date. If any information changes, you must notify the vlp33 support team immediately. vlp33 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. vlp33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vlp33 supports the following payment methods only:

Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank

3.2 Deposit Rules

A minimum of ৳500 may be deposited via any payment method. Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is credited to the account immediately. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the vlp33 support team.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. A sufficient verified balance must be available in the account at the time of the withdrawal request. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.

In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, vlp33 may request additional information or identity verification documents for any withdrawal request. vlp33 reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold if information is not provided.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on vlp33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus balance — not to the original deposit.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

Each user may claim the welcome bonus no more than once.
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
If bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
vlp33 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

vlp33's VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. The benefits and terms of each tier are set separately by vlp33 and are subject to change.

Cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week. vlp33's decision is final in determining eligibility for and the amount of cashback.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using vlp33:

Playing or placing bets through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Attempting to interfere with vlp33's systems or security.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are involved, vlp33 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and forfeit the deposited balance without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

Each game on vlp33 is conducted according to specific rules. If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned. vlp33's technical decisions are considered final.

7.2 Sports Betting

Odds in the sports betting section are subject to change. A bet is considered final only after it has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be returned. vlp33 reserves the right to set any betting limits.

7.3 Technical Issues

vlp33 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or device problems. In such situations, the game result will be determined based on the data saved on the server.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

vlp33 uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology to protect your personal information. We do not sell your information to third parties. Information is used only to meet legal obligations and to improve services.

10 Account Closure & Service Suspension

vlp33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, financial irregularity, or legal reasons. The user will be notified in advance where possible.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for a long period, vlp33 may apply an inactivity fee, which will be communicated by email in advance.

12 Limitation of Liability

Loss caused by the user's own negligence or incorrect information.
Disruption caused by internet or third-party service provider issues.
Loss resulting from unexpected technical errors or cyberattacks.
Loss resulting from the user's account falling into the hands of a third party.

vlp33 operates its services with the utmost responsibility and is continually improving to ensure a safe gaming environment.

13 Changes to Terms

vlp33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Accessing the platform after a change automatically puts the updated Terms into effect. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify you via your registered email or through a platform notification.
